Christina is a senior operations leader with more than a decade of experience working across executive leadership, business strategy, finance, teams, vendors, clients, and execution.
She specializes in complex operating environments where the problem does not fit neatly inside one function. Her work includes building operating infrastructure, redesigning workflows and financial systems, leading cross-functional execution, structuring growing businesses, and creating the accountability required to move critical priorities forward.
